The enclosed software program, ''Invoice by Click'' (''Software'') and the accompanying documentation are owned by A.D.V. Communication LTD (The Company”). The Company grant to you a non-exclusive license to use the software subject to the conditions of this license.

Rights and restriction in using the software

The license allows you to install or use one copy of the Software on a single computer at the same time. You are not allow to copy or duplicate the Software or any part of it except for backup necessity and/or ,you are not allow to permit to another party to use the Software, you are not allow to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to any human perceivable form. Modifying, adapting, translating, renting, leasing, loaning or creating derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof are not permitted.

Warranty

The Company provides you the Software ''as is''. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Software and/or makes no warranty as to it use or performance as to any matter. The Company do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the Software. The Company will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this Software.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event will The Company or its suppliers be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information), even if the Company representative has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs or for any claim by any third party.

Without derogating from the above, the Company aggregate liability and that of its suppliers under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid for the Software, if any.

Termination

This License is effective until terminated. This License will terminate immediately without notice from The Company or judicial resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon such termination you must destroy the Software, all accompanying documentation and all copies thereof, if any.

General

This is the entire agreement between the Company and you relating to the Software and it supersedes any prior representations, discussions, undertakings, communications or advertising relating to the Software.
